Jessica Ross, M.D.
After completing her residency at the University of Florida at Shands in Gainesville, Dr. Jessica Ross started providing full-time pediatric medical services for infants to adolescents up to 18-year-old. She has a passion for developmental evaluation in children and is committed to your child’s good health. Dr. Ross is also on the medical staff at Shands Starke Regional Medical Center, admitting patients to the hospital when necessary.
Dr. Ross thrives on helping children get healthy, stay healthy and reach their developmental milestones. A member of the Shands family since her residency, she's won a number of awards for her medical skills and for her mission and outreach activities.
Being comfortable out in the community, Dr. Ross enjoys talking to kids and teens about health and safety issues. She looks forward to meeting and treating your young ones throughout their growing years.
Ayotunde Gregory Faweya, M.D.
Dr. Faweya is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He completed his residency training at Driscoll Children’s Hospital, Corpus Christi, TX.
Dr. Faweya has a well-rounded experience practicing medicine as a pediatrician at at the following clinics: Comanche County Memorial Hospital, Lawton, OK; Lumberton Children’s Clinic, Lumberton NC; Chevron Nigeria Ltd; Chief Resident, Driscoll Children’s Hospital, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Dr. Faweya has worked in a leadership role. He is committed to providing quality health care services.

David Bryan Kirkland was born in Gainesville, Florida and raised in Keystone Heights, Florida by David and Barbara Kirkland. He has been married to Brandi for six years, and they have two children: Dillon (age 7) and McKinlee (age 5).
Mr. Kirkland graduated from Santa Fe College in 2002 with an Associate of Arts, followed by an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2004. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and master’s degree in nursing, specializing in Family Practice, from the University of Florida in 2010.
Mr. Kirkland’s professional work experience includes six years of Nursing at Shands UF, comprised of Intermediate Care Nursing, Surgical Intensive Care, and Neuroscience Intensive Care; as well as two years as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with Shands Medical Group of Starke. His national board certification is through the American Nurse Credentialing Center, and he is currently employed as a Family Nurse Practitioner with Shands Medical Group of Starke.
Mr. Kirkland has certifications in ACLS and Family Nurse Practitioner. His personal interests include spending time with my family, church activities, hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

Ms. Gayle Nicula graduated from Lake City Community College with an ADSN degree in 1981, followed by a BSN degree from University of North Florida in 1988, an MSN degree from University of Phoenix in 1999 and post-masters degree, ARNP University of Florida in 2005.
Ms. Nicula has worked for Shands since 1981. Her nursing background includes Emergency Room, Home Care and Occupational Health. For three years she was Director of Quality at Shands Starke. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Certifications include BLS, ACLS and Family Nurse Practitioner.
Ms. Nicula was born and raised in Lawtey, Florida (Bradford County), as were both her parents. She and her husband have been married for 31 years. They have two children--Laura, age 25, and John, age 22. Her interests include spending time with her family and attending church.
